i love your writing, so very much. As Far As The Sky was a fantastic read, & this was the perfect follow-up. it was entertaining & fresh & fast-paced & hugely enjoyable. & oh man, i can't tell you how much i adored all those cameos. beth ditto! brian molko! fuckin' brilliant. i was kind of thinking that the emperor's name was going to be revealed at some point as someone else in the music biz, but. nvm, all these additional characters were so kick-ass.
& i continue to love the whole universe, bob & ray & the boys & the alien colony - & the inclusion of lindsey, jamia & alicia made me ridiculously happy. i liked how you kept a consistent narrative even with the pov changes. it never felt cut-up or stilted. it was just incredibly enjoyable to read. thanks so much for sharing it!
